Shipping Charges
EStores Canada ownes and operates a number of sites and we're growing.
Shopping on different sites has the disadvantage in most cases of charging for shipping for every site you visit.
Because each site is run independantly it is not possible to compensate customers at point of sale for shipping charges when they purchase from more than one store.
Effective immediately
For any purchases made on the same business day from any of our EStores Canada sites, our staff will refund any shipping charge that is incurred after the initial purchase.
A credit will be issued directly to your card for the extra shipping charges.
Upon completion of this refund you will be notified via EMail.
Please allow 2 days for this to appear on your card.
Currently http://www.estores-equine.com/ and http://www.estores-healthcare.com/ can both be shopped without worry of paying duplicate shipping charges.
